The sheer amount of data that managers have to operate with daily is staggering. Thus the course aims to introduce fundamental methodologies of managerial decision-making in a world of uncertainty. It will emphasize dynamic work environments such as technology, research, and development and review the rational decision-making model and decision-making in the real world.
